A few words
about Gianluca.
Gianluca is a Michelin-trained chef based in the Stroud valleys, with Italian heritage with a passion for traditional techniques and the ancient practice of foraging.
His menus boast an array of ingredients foraged throughout the year, fresh or preserved, paying perfect compliment to the bounty of high quality produce at our disposal here in the Cotswolds.
